Job Duties:
Follow up customers’ enquiries on parcel status via email, groups in different communication apps
Operate CMS to exert parcel status and tracking
Assist in tackling parcel check-in error on Warehouse Management System (WMS)
Coordinate with departments to confirm parcels shipments are error-free
Any other tasks as assigned by supervisor

Job Requirements:
At 2 years work experience, preferred in freight forwarding industry and express companies
Proficient with Microsoft Office especially in PowerPoint and Excel.
Able to work independently, well organized, detail-minded, self-motivated
Good command of Chinese speaking and English
Experience in operating CMS is a plus
Possess good communication skills and customer-oriented mindset
Immediate available is preferred
